In this podcast, Julia MacKenzie (Leading to Change) is in conversation with Katy Martin about her participation in Leading for the Future, a national leadership programme run by NHS Education for Scotland (NES). They talk about what drew Katy to the programme, who supported her in applying and completing the programme and her experience of being part of an Adaptive Learning Set and national cohort. This episode is particularly relevant for those in social work, social care and third or voluntary sectors who may be interested in the potential benefits of applying for a national leadership programme.
