In this podcast, Sara Dewar (Leading to Change) is in conversation with Maree Allison about her role as Chief Executive of SSSC, and what it is really like to lead in our system today. They talk about Maree's career, who inspired her, her own leadership approach as well as her toughest moments and her view of the big issues today.
Leadership ideas include collective and compassionate leadership, values driven leadership, having the confidence to go for the promoted role, agile working and wellbeing with very practical ideas on how to do this.
